  Line up long. Food cold and nuggets like rubber and pale in colour...undercooked.
  Customer service terrible. Generally dirty. Toilets disgusting. Needs urgent review. Not a good franchise.

  Both registers were not working at the time, had to wait while just being ignored by staff. Really bad customer service, a simple apology and acknowledgement that we were waiting would have sufficed. Yes it's maccas but common courtesy shouldn't be something you pay extra for.

  Recently due to change in way home we have been stopping at Deception Bay McDonald's on the main road. Every time we have been they have run out of something- cream, lettuce, bacon and amazingly soft drinks or dairy drinks and ice-cream. Service is terrible as the staff are cocky and a few creepy. My main complaint is tho that every burger i have received from this venue is falling apart and put sloppily together. Newly advertised Broncos Burger i got tonight is a complete embarrassment to the Bronco franchise, im sure the burger is amazing but what i received is a soggy bun, a piece if tomato and beetroot the size of a 50c coin, bacon out of the bun thrown on the side of the box, 7 pickles (seriously) and sauce on the edge of the bun onto the side of the box. Frappe with icecream instead if cream and cold fries... seriously this store needs looking at as its system is clearly not working.
  I do have to say that this is the only McDonald's i have had this bad experience at and all others have been great service and meals exactly as advertised.

  Carpark is very tight and stores smoking policy is not managed well enough with people smoking in outdoor eating areas at times
